Scoring in vendor evaluation

Dear All,

Can anybody tell me how to set Points Scores for the Automatic Criteria in vendor evaluation. Currently my system is configured with the scores to each percentage. If u have any standard setting available with you, Please reply at the earliest with that. Also please tell me where do i set the minimum score.

The existing scores setting done, i have mentioned as here under...

pleaes check whether its correct or suggest me the standard setting to be done
