Scoring in vendor evaluation

Dear All,

Can anybody tell me how to set Points Scores for the Automatic Criteria in vendor evaluation. Currently my system is configured with the scores to each percentage. If u have any standard setting available with you, Please reply at the earliest with that. Also please tell me where do i set the minimum score.

The existing scores setting done, i have mentioned as here under...

pleaes check whether its correct or suggest me the standard setting to be done

Dear Sachin,

You can go to SPROMM-Purchasing-Vendor evaluationMaintain P.Organization data .

Then select the P.Org , then go to point score for automatic criteria.

You also can maintain the smoothing factor , min delv.var,etc, Just double click(go to detail) when you select the p.org.

The percentage score is define as per business req.

Smoothing factor and all i have already maintained, but i want to know whether the scoring for the main crtiteria i maintained as its shown in my question, is correct or not. Please suggest me the how to assign the scores against the percentages.

Dear Sachin,

Its hard to decide, because once again it depends on your business need.As far as is see its acceptable.

But take a look at the Criteria Price level and Price behaviour, if no difference (percentage = 0) it means that there're no difference with the market price / effective price, and its a good thing , you can set the value =100.
