workbook does not exist in document store

HI All,

why does this error " workbook does not exist in document store " come?? I have a role consists of different folders in workbooks. When i do transport a workbook of one of the folders in that role, some of other workbooks in other folders compalining( when i open them after this transport) with this error.

I transported that role with selection "only necessary objects" and i selected that particular workbook. I have checked in selection each & every object so that nothin else get selected except this workbook.

I created new transpot from RSA1 transport connection its a workbench request transport not a BEx object transport.

How can i access this document store, does this transport de-activate the existing workbook after this transport, how can i activate it in that document store. we are on BW 3.1 SP 17 GUI 640 patch level 23.

can anybody help me, this is happening again again, everytime i need to retransport this.

Follow this procedure:

'Transport Connection' screen(RSA1) -> 'Object changeability' button -> set object XLWB (Workbook) to 'Changeable'. Then start BEx again and you should be able to save your changes again.
