Quotation. Fill product and vendor

We use quotation for our business processes.

We want that

system after we create quotation

fill product, quantity and vendor in the items automatically.

For example:

item 010

product = 001000045

quantity = 1

vendor = 4300.

How I can solve this problem? via Badi?
