smartforms..

in smartforms there is one standard smrtforms for delivery challan name le_shp_delnote. in this adress window is there. i m customizing this form.

and in print output its address is not in proper manner ..Can any body help to solve this issue??? i mean i have to arrange the address as per client requirement..
