Errors in Notification Upload

Dear Experts

I am uploading Open Notifications in a new system with the BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CREATE. There are around 700+ notifications.

During the upload, system is giving some dump. Please refer to the attachment dump1.pngdump2.pngdump3.png dump4.png

So there are basically two issues now.

1) While doing the upload only 3 notifications got uploaded and rest went into the error (Took 10 notifications for the upload)

2) IW28 is also showing these 3 notifications. If I try to create the 4th one manually, then the system is showing an error that this notification already exists in the system.

How to resolve the issue?
