Navigation from external Link to CRM WebUI with Object_ID

Former Member

Hi Experts,

I'm work on differnt external Links to the WebUI.

So, the topic is create a Link to show a sales contract (Object_id).

The navigation to the overview search page works.

But it doesn't show the current contract and I don't know why.

Here is the link:

http://mycompanyxxx=)/crm_logon_sso/?saprole=ZCRM_B2B&crm-logical-link=UTL-CON-SR&crm-object-type=BT...

Kindly advice on how this can be achieved.

Thanks and Regards,

Sarah

This feature is associated with SAP CRM WebUI "open in new tab" development (SAP Note 2135300). This enables links to be opened in a new tab, indeed we have discovered several issues with this development, therefore we have put a revision of this development as a backlog item in the item queue.

In the mean time, please ensure following SAP Notes are there in your system:

2452463 External Navigation open the wrong object
2236106 External navigation to support custom configuration
2202614 External navigation with follow-up navigation

The note 2452463 External Navigation open the wrong object is installed in the system. Unfortunatly, the link doesn't work.

Hello Sarah,

The issue you report is related to the development associated with SAP Note 2135300. Upon further discussion on this issue, we have come to the conclusion that a fix for this will be put as part of a improvement request.

This is mainly because we have discovered several issues with this development and therefore a revision of this Note has been assigned as a backlog item in our development queue.

As we are still in the initial stages we will not be able to provide you an estimated time of delivery. For the time being we would suggest you to turn off the feature to avoid the issue.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best Regards,

Varun Agarwal
