TREX installation

I need to install TREX on a standalone server. I went to service marketplace and found a SAR file. not sure how I should UNSAR the file and even if i UNSAR it what files are in the SAR file and is there a sapinst file somewhere so i can run the installation. totally confused ..somebody please help.
