how do you delete a shipment showing on vt11 that is no longer needed?

The shipment does not contain any deliveries. It is a shipment that once had a delivery with it but now it is just a shipment with no delivery. Can't change the indicator flags on the order, 4 are set. I just want to be able to delete the shipment so it doesn't show when I run the report.

Deliveries in shipment 4210731555 no longer exist

Not all deliveries are in the database or in the archive

The delete symbol is grayed out.

Have you ever deleted a shipment document by changing "indicator flags on the order" ?

Usually shipments are deleted from VT02N transaction, had you tried that? Did you get any error messages? if yes then post error message and number
