BCM IVR Integration

i am trying to integrate a ippbx system with SAP BCM, is there a configuration guide to perform this. What is the recommended middle ware if its required ?

Hi,

If your oppbx speaks SIP, you should able to integrate without middle ware. What you should do is:
1. forward certain number range from pbx to SIP Bridge at CCtr
2. define the pbx as a outgoing gateway in CCtr.

Now CCtr should able to receive your calls.
