Shortdumps Feeder Class is initial - "CL_FPM_LIST_UIBB_ASSIST_ATS===CP"

Dear All,

I tried to configure the standard FPM application

/SCWM/SCO_EXEC using in admin edit more. Whilst doing so my laptop crashed and when try to logon again the application short dumps . Further investigation found that the class

CL_FPM_LIST_UIBB_ASSIST_ATS->INIT_FEEDER

Short dumps here .. that it can not find the feeder class name,
IF ms_feeder_descriptor-name IS INITIAL.
MESSAGE 'feeder class name is inital' TYPE 'X'. "#EC NOTEXT
ENDIF.

Please advise the solution early.
