ChaRM in solution manager

Hi Folks,

I need small clarification in ChaRM process. In current landscape We have transport route DEV 100 ( DEV ) --> QA 200 ( QA) --> ST 300 (stage ) -- > PROD 400.

As i'm doing Charm Process Can i configure TMS like DEV 150 -->QA 250 -->ST 350 with transport layer functionality???? or any other ideas???

Note :- I don't want to use production system for Charm.
