We have recenlty upgraded from 4.6c to ECC 6.0.
In the previous system, they have implemented Recruitment option( ITS version) where the manager can post the oppurtunity and an employee can check for internal postings.
As we are now in ECC 6.0 , and being the portal guys, we trying to figure out how we can implement the Recruitment process in EP 7.0. We were unable to find the appropriate worksets/iviews/application in the front end.
Is there a way that we use the previous ITS content in Portal?
Also, I was reading about the difference with Recruitment and e-Recruitment .
When I check the nodes in SPRO, I have the SAP E-Recruitment node. Does that mean e-Recruitment is installed in ECC 6.0 ?
If yes, what are the configuration steps that needs to be done, so to use them in Portal?
If No, how can I use the normal Recruitment features thru Portal?
Please provide me your valuable inputs on this.
