C4C How to change field rules in service ticket time line date fields? Creating a field rule


I would like to understand more about defining / changing rules linked to a field.

I am especially interested in the date fields and their rules in the time line area in service tickets.

I would like to caculate values e.g. todays date + 5 days.

Can anybody provide me some basic info?
