Request advice on POS to HCI to SAP Business ByDesign integration

I am seeking some advice on possibility to connect POS system and Business ByDesign with HCI. Here is the scenario:

• The Point of Sales system will provide us a few CSV files during the day for various objects (Invoice, Stock Movement, ect…). CSV files are stored in their SFTP location.
• HCI will act as the middleware to grab the CSV files and use them to create various objects (Sales Orders, Down Payment, Outbound and Inbound Deliveries) in ByDesign system.
• Our challenge is that one CSV files may need to create two or three objects in ByD in sequence. For example : An invoice in PoS can trigger the creation of Sales Order and Down Payment in ByDesign at the same time.

Kindly suggest if it is possible to achieve and what would be the best possible way to achieve above scenario.
