My friend has 2 yrs of experience in HR- Recruitment , He is intrested to do only the E-Recruitment module, not the entire HCM module, Is it possible to do only the E-Recruitment module in a authorised SAP Training Institute?

Hello Saploc,

as far as I know the only thing sap currently offers for E-Recruiting is the HR316 Training. I never attended It but as far as i heared this is only an end User focused course.

There is no training for doing E-Recruiting Projects as the configuration Courses which are available e.g. for Payroll or the development in HR courses. But your friend should take in account that E-recruiting is no enhancement to the HR-Recruitment (sometimes refered as PB). Both things have nearly nothing in common and most development skills like developing dynpros or build new infotypes are more or less useless in E-Recruiting. For E-Recruiting implementation you usually need a very wide Knowledge as Projects are smaller than doing a complete HR implementation. This starts from Basic System Configuration / User Management over Customizing to Smartform and Workflow development.
