Hi Ashok,

SAP Audit is to check for all the configuration are correct or not, say process may be like as below for MM.

1) Organization strucutre is maintained as per requirement or not.

2) Assignment of Purchasing organization.

3) Number Ranges.

4) Pricing Procedure - Important

5) Release Procedure

6) Inventory movements with accounting key

7) G/L account for movements

etc . . . basically to cross check all the required requirements are met with the configurations done.
