Diffrence between Notification Type SLF1 and SLFN

Hi Guys,

1) When I create ticket using Help-->Create support message , I am able to create ticket in Solution Manager 4.0 . But when I go to T code : dnotifwl and checking all messages . message Notif Type is showing as SLF1 , I think it should be shown as SLFN

2) When I retrieve all messages using T code : dnotifwl , Topic , Area column and Agent Column are blanks , why there is no info available?

3) using T code dno_cust01 i have created new Topics for Notif Type SLF1 , I want to search created messages based on Topics , How Do I do that ? what exactly the use of Topic in Selection crieteria?

Pls answer for my queries.
