Plannig budget posted in initial budget

Hello dear Sirs.

I have my budget planned for different versions. This versions have been aproved by the director and now one of them must be the real version to work with the budget.

For that I have to post again the budget as a real budget and not as a plannig budget.

I have read that there is an automatic way which you can copy the plannig data as a budget data.

Some one can help me?
