Yes you need to change the status to green.

But if you load from BW with an infopackage and so you switch your transactional infocube to transactional, the request will be automatically updated on status green from yellow.

And make sure you change the loading behaviour back to planning afterwards, otherwise you cannot plan anymore (there are process types for this so you could integrate it into a process chain)

    Hi..

    yes

Double click Details tab, there is a data packet which is yellow. It may be hanged

    Double click Status tab.

Double click traffic light of Total.

in the next pop up Click Yes.

Click red traffic light and Save

a pop up with message .. set all updated request in the Ic s to thiis qm status ??/

    Click Yes.

    Status of Total becomes red.

Click the data packet which is yellow as the following:

Data Packet 2 : Arrived in BW ; Processing : This data packet was not updated in all data target

Right click and select Manual update.

Processing will go on in the background. When it is done, the data packet will turn green. If more than one packet is yellow, sometimes the procedure needs to be repeated as case-by-case basis.

When all data packets are green, the status light in the right hand side should be green. If not the manual turning of Total status light should be undone by resetting back the Total status light to ‘Delete status, back to request status’.

    Double click Status tab.

Double click traffic light of Total.

    in the next .. screen

Click Yes and Click ‘Delete status, back to request status’ in Set Overall status box and save

Click Yes, the status should be green.

    Hello,

Yes the request must be green.

I'm not sure : is your transactional cube the source or the target?

<u>If it is the source :</u>

Since your users will not be able to plan while loading if you have switched the cube to loading mode, it can be quite annoying depending on your requirements.

Have you tried to use RSAPO_CLOSE_TRANS_REQUEST function module?

For example, you could create a process chain where :

    1- Launch RSAPO_CLOSE_TRANS_REQUEST

2- Launch your InfoPackage or Data Transfer Process (whatever your version of BW).

<u>If it is the target :</u>

Why don't you load to a normal cube from witch you copy the data in the t-cube via a copy function based on a Multi-Planning Area?

    Regards,

    Jeoffrey
