Hi Team,

In our project requirement, We have to issue IDOC OILSHL, from shipment document which is relevant to TAS and Load ID, to external TAS system. The loading will happen in TAS and they will return loading information with IDOC OILLDD to complete loading in SAP ECC system. Hence the flow is as below.

Outbound from SAP to TAS

IDOC type - OILSHL

Basic type - OILSHL01

Process code - ??

Inbound from TAS to SAP

IDOC type - OILLDD

Basic type - OILLPD01

Process code - ??

But we are not sure which process code/Function module to be used so that successful IDOC can be generated with mandatory segments populated.

Request all gurus to help with the same. Or correct me if I am using the incorrect IDOC type. Also if you can help with standard IDOC types used in Oil & Gas industry will be much helpful.

Hi,

Thanks for the response. Here the process code/FM is not mentioned.

Can you please help with that.

The main issue is that in IDOC type OILSHL, the mandatory segment E1OILSV is not generating which is resulting in failure of the IDOC.

Any pointers to resolve this issue.
