EP 7.0 ESS - Record Working Time-Addtional Informarmation text is missing

Hello Experts,

Could you please help me out to resolve the given issue.

In the ESS,

Working Time -->Record Working Time --> Daily View

I'm entering some details like start time , end time and OT comp. type

for the particular date(for example today's date).

After that, I'm clicking the Details link next to End Time column in same View.

It will opens the Details View and I'm entering some comments in the Additional Information text area, after that i clicked Accept Button it will navigates the Previous screen(Daily View) and then i clicked Review button it will navigates confirmation screen(Review and Save), in that place additional

text is missing (Means i entered some comments (Additional Information) in the Details View - that is not coming in the Review and Save screen).

Could you please explain, why this text(Addtional information) is missing and also

i would like to know where the datas are going to store (entered information - (start time, end time and including additional Information) in the Record working Time).

Hey,

This is an old thread, but we were stuck on this as well, so I thought I would update it.

Apparently the additional details that you enter in the daily view are just user comments. In typical SAP fashion the 'additional info' on the review screen has nothing to do with those comments. Instead, it refers to messages/warnings that appear depending on the wage type and hours you enter. As far as I know nothing can be done about this unless it is custom development.

Do you happen to know where data like 'Additional Information' is stored within R/3? I have users that want to report on the short text that their employees record when entering time and I can't seem to find this anywhere.

Hi Experts.

I am also searching the text field for time correction in Backend. Can someone help me where to find the text? I dont find it in TEVEN, CC1*.

I got stuck in the same situation what you have mentioned in here. and I am not able to find any usefull information on marketplace or in the forum.
