Unable to see SAP (ECC) standard S3 Service Notification Type in the system

Hi All,

Just started working on a new project. In the client's ECC system I don't see the S3 Service Notification (which is an SAP standard notification type). Could someone let me know how if we need to activate anything anywhere....
