Error attaching picture file to product

Hello experts,

I'm attaching picture file to product. The file format is *.jpeg

1 - Once the file is attached we have, into product, the error message text:

"Content data for object 'BDS_POC22' not found"

2 - Picture is not displayed in right corner of product screen, only in previewing into documents.

I'm working with CRM 4 SP08
