Credit Check Management in CRM


Dear All

Credit Check should happen During Creating all type of Services and the sales order in the CRM.

There should be a check at the time of RELEASE AS THE STATUS (This RFC has to Implementented at this point)

System should Check for the Credit balance of the Customer in R/3(fd10n) which has to be Equal (=) or (<) greater than the order value.

If the Credit Amount is (=) or (<) than the allowed to process and Release the Order.


Incase if it is not As per the Requirement >(lesser than the billing Amount) it should not allow to Release the Document there should be a check on this Release tab.

(a) System should also check the Un posted billing in maintain billing due List in the CRM for Particular customer.

(b) System should also check the Credit Limit if maintained for Customer during the RELEASING the Order.

(c) There is one more type for process to be check “payment terms in customer customer”
