Dear Experts,
Need your help on CBA in OVP MDG for customers.
I have created the Context Based Adaption for FPM_ADAPTABLE_OVP -> bs_ovp_bp with Change request type and when I execute the configuration with parameters like change request type it works fine but from search criteria selected customer which is existing BP display to edit (for change scenario) is not transferred to the right maintenance screen or right adaptation and its calling as base configuration only.
Thanks,
Ravikumar.
Hi,
When you open the Customer (or BP) from the Search Screen, as it is in Display Mode ( Active Record), as you have already specified the Base configuration opens up. On Editing, what is the configuration that you see ?
Right click on the page & Press on technical Help. There you will see the something like this
Component: FPM_OVP_COMPONENT Component Configuration: ZVEN_ADAPTCE921025E378D19D17FEE1 Personalization: ZVEN_ADAPTCE921025E378D19D17FEE1Make Sure personalization is disabled in your screen, else it will overwrite your current view (CBA or not).
Cheers,
Rohit
