How to Create Service Orders from CRM IC WebClient and create a Case there

Hi Friends,

I am very new to CRM IC Web Client.

We have installed the IC WebClient and got the Frontend URL.

I need urgent help on the following

1. How to create a Service Order from CRM IC Webclient ?

2. How to Create a Case in the Webclient and link the Service Order with the Case (Case management) ?

Pls help me out.

Its very urgent.

    Hi,

    Please note that your service ticket is a Service order less item level .when you create a service ticket you can go to the service order (if you have assigned a service order in navigation bar ) this will have the item level where products can be inserted.

    Case is made in the PCUI -- choose the case type then maintain the addressess and the BP >use classification to identify the cases> any service order or complaint can be linked to the case her (discription 2).Log will maintain the various changes in the case.Heirarchy can be used to link one case to another.
