Treasury- Early redemption of bonds prior to maturity

Hi Experts,

I need your help.

I have a callable Bond created. It has repayment date in Aug 2018 and If i want to change the repayment date to Aug 2017, how I can perform early redemption callable bonds. Please share yours views.
