How can we give the sap support an access to our SCP Sub Account?

Hey,

in the event of a support message, it may be necessary that the SAP view's the problem itself on the SCP - how can we give access to our SCP Sub Account to reproduce the problem?

In the https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/remoteconnectivity is no connection type availabe for the SCP - also in the Secure Area is no User Type for the SCP available?!
