How can we give the sap support an access to our SCP Sub Account?


in the event of a support message, it may be necessary that the SAP view's the problem itself on the SCP - how can we give access to our SCP Sub Account to reproduce the problem?

In the is no connection type availabe for the SCP - also in the Secure Area is no User Type for the SCP available?!

    Hi Thomas,

    You have to setup a trail account and add the trial account to be a member of the subaccount.


    1. Create or use existing trial ->

    2.Add the trial account number to the member list of the subaccount. The account number is list in the cockpit url. The number will start with “P” and follow by some numbers.
