VAULT is not coming into CV01N

Hello DMS experts,

we are able to check only 2 data carriers in CV01N.

But in the table TDWD, we can see all data carriers.

But we want VAULT into CV01N , please tell me any customizing required for this.

What my question is in DC20 there are are 2 types of document carriers but above one (VAULT ) is not coming into CV01N.

Hi Experts,

I have added additional data tab in CV01N with required fields.

Problem is " when i enter values to those fields in additional tab and save action those values are not saved to DRAW table. Even on move from addition data to other tab in the same screen the data is vanished" .

Could you please help me, do i need to do any other configuration or badi development to save the additional data fields to DRAW table....

Yes, you are right.

But we have done some development to restrict the pop up as per business requirement.

Hi,

could you please provide a screenshot of the pop-up which appears when you press the "checkin" button in CV01N or CV02N?

If the flag "Use KPRO" is not set for the used document type there should be a pop-up with radio button to switch between "Vault", "Archive" or "SAP-SYSTEM".
