Hi all,
i have removed delta initialisation request in the PSA area, DSO still contains the delta initialisation request in them, during process chain DSO activation process, it fails to activate the delta load and complains about the missing delta initialisation from PSA area (again DSO has the correct data and delta initialisation load), the delta changes are loaded correct into DSO objects, only failed during activation.
PSA is only temporary area, if it is loaded into DSO correctly, what is PSA can be made redundant, isn't this true? right now, i need to manually repeat the activation process to keep the process chain to run again.
i realise i can just re-initialise these data streams again, but don't wanna do it unless there is absolutely no other alternatives.
Regards,
Joe
Hi all,
In case any one out there is encountering the similar problem, I raised an OSS message, SAP came back with proposed solution:
Implement Note 984242, I am on BI 7.0 SP9 with a number of corrections implemented, and this works for me.
cheers.
