Can Plant Abroad function to be used in Malaysia plant A to Malaysia plant B for GST Malaysia?

Hi All,

I understand that if a foreign company has a plant in Malaysia, then the GST needs to be reported to the Malaysian Tax Authority. This achieved in SAP using the plants abroad functionality. But however, i have a scenarios here whereby i have a local company in Malaysia and have 2 plants in Malaysia and would like to use plant abroad functions. Is this do-able?

I've gone through the OSS note below but it did not have the scenarios that i have been encountered.

63103 - Plants abroad (tax procedure)

10560 - Tax determination for plant abroad

51361 - Plants abroad

2137433 - RPFIMY_GST : Malaysia GST03 Enhancements Phase II

Can you pls advice if you have encountered any?

Best regards
