Internal session terminated with a run time error - BODS SAP Job Cancellation Issue

Hi,

I am facing an Issue with Internal session terminated with Runtime.

The SAP job was canceled for host < >, job name <d74d366588b611e7a8c303b81768043b>, job count <10292900>, job log from SAP <20170824, 102929, Job started Step 001 started (program /SAPDS/RPT_STREAM_READ_TABLE, variant &0000000001886, user ID PRASANNA) Internal session terminated with a runtime error RAISE_EXCEPTION (see ST22) Job cancelled.

Please help
