Hi All,

I am FICO consultant, but a friend of mine , who is a doctor wants to become SAP healthcare consultant. Please let me know about opportunity in this module in India and the employer in india, who have healthcare project.

One question, generally healthcare consultant migrate from other module or they take up this module from scratch??

Hi Agarwal,

Vey few Cos. are doing implementation & support in IS-H module in India, like Siemens & T systems. Only one or two hospitals they have implemented IS-H module in India.

Mostly other module consultants are shifted to IS-H module.

It's good to focus on IS-H now, 'coz within 2-3 yrs many hospitals will implement IS-H in India.

The Invoicing, Insurance, Payment accross counters, etc. are very different in IS-H. Keep an eye. We from GD are trying to position ourselves in some opportunities. Of course the probability is still very low. If one of them comes through one may immediately get to work on those opportunities. Stay abreast with the subject. - Rgds
