Service Desk

Hi,

is there a way to automatically confirm the status from Customer Action to Confirm if the End User has not change the Status from Customer Action within a period set i.e. one month, in Solution Manager - Service Desk?

If so how is this done?

    Hey Bilaal,

    There is no standard way of doing this.

    You have to go for Zdevelopments.

    You maintain a Ztable wherein all tickets which are resolved for stored.

    Then you create a Zreport which would read from Ztable all tickets and set the appropiatate status( may be confirmed Automatically).
