Can't start SUM

Hello,

I installed a solution manager abap + java. The java and abap stack are available, but now I can't start SUM for java. I get this error:

Can you please help me out to start the SUM tool.

We solved the problem by setting SAPJSF user password in configtool and give full access to SUM directory.

Hi

Could you confirm if you have the latest SAP host agent version...normally if you have done fresh installation it won't be latest.

hence make sure you have up to date SAP host agent and SUM as well.

further you need to run the registration command if it meets the above requirement ..............you can notice the sum process started confirmation in command prompt etc. as per case.

then you should be able to run via URL

I have reinstalled SUM again today. But the same error.
Here is hostagent sapstartsrt file.

sapstartsrv1.txt

SUM can not access some files. I give the SUM folder full access and sidadm is the owner of the SUM folder
