PAYROLL HELP REQUIRED

hi

I have to fetch data from sap into three files for three wage types for an outbound interface.I am having default PNP as selection screen.user will enter a date range and fetch data based on that................................

Suppose MY date interval i entered on selection screen is <1 aug 07> to <31 aug 07>.

Now can anybody send me processing steps with code for it STARTING FROM SCRATCH.I am confused that if a personal number is having payroll area -monthly then there is no confusion but if the payroll area of any personal falling in that date range is BI-monthly then i am confused hw to process it as in that date range that personal number will have two records for payroll.
