mouse icon within STS monitor is not changing into "hand"

Hello all,

since we update our BW system (release 3.5) into Level patch 24, the mouse icon within the STS monitor is not changing into the "hand"-symbol when the user move the icon to "details". It is not a big error but every month end some users gets confused by this phenomenon.

Is there any graphic service which I have to activate again with TA SICF?

Any help would be great. Thank you in advance.

Its a bug I believe, I have a call into support, but I don't think it is getting resolved quickly. (The last answer seemed to say, in effect, 'that's the way it is' and the BSP application can't be changed for STS. No doubt this is not the end.). The behaviour for the 'responsible person' and 'current agent' links seems as expected.

It has also confused a few of our users.
