implementing social media text analysis in SAP C4C

Hi expert,

Here we have a requirement to implementing social media text analysis, we need to categorize which message/ posting on social media are complaint, question, or comment (negative/positive feedback)

I still did not find any documentation related to this requirement

May be anyone here know how to
