Observation:
It was noted that there was no evidence of review of the ‘su’ logs by system administration team.
Impact:
In the absence of audit trail assurance of control activity operated effectively through out the year cannot be ascertained.
Deloitte recommendation:
Audit Trail should be maintained for reasonable time period.
