changing a material Industrial sector

This query is wether we can change the material Industrial sector once it is already assigned to different Industrial sector.

for eg: for material SCREW is assigned to plant engin/construction and saved

what should I do for changing the material SCREW to Industrial sector "mechanical engineering"
