First scheduled job of evening failing after sp6 to Business objects 3.1

I have put in SP6 to Business objects 3.1 on Windows server. Jobs in nightly schedule are running ok, apart from the first job of every evening, which fails with message '

Object failed to run due to an error while processing on the Job Server.'

Im scheduling webi reports to xls and pdf.

The windows server event viewer show shows these messages....>

Transport error: Invalid object reference.

Server Intelligence Agent is requesting server xxx.WebIntelligenceProcessingServer to terminate.

Server Intelligence Agent is requesting server xxx.AdaptiveJobServer to terminate.

so It then stops and starts the adaptive job server, then the adaptive processing server and finally the webi server

Then this message "The scheduler component failed the object identified by 28010. The job associated with the object was unresponsive."

Any help appreciated.

Thanks, the object id refers to the report being scheduled. It is a different job each night. I am removing all email notifications set on the schedules and trying them again as that was causing some failures.

You'll need to identify what this object is. Via query builder most likely.
Sounds like the first job kills your webi processing, maybe overloads the system, fails and then next jobs are able to run.
Is it always the same job ?
Investigate what it is , what report and how big it is.
Monitor system resources when its about to run and during its run.
