Report on top of ARG_1251 and ARG_USERS

Hi Experts,

I'm trying to create a report on top of two tables ARG_1251 and ARG_USERS.

I'm getting confused here, to create a customize DS in ECC or do we have any other way to create this report in BI itself by using these two table. which needs to be used for further reporting, bex and BO

I understand, I'm creating report for BI authorization so do we require to extract data from ECC?

Please help me to get some idea/answer/possible solution.
