SUBCONTRACTING IN OPERATION

hi friends,

i have a senario where i am using 27 operations in routing for the finished product .where i have a option to go for subcontract (incase of bottleneck)

or go for inhouse production ,in each operation.we are following MTS scenario.then please suggest how can configure routing.?
