New plant creation

Hi,

scenario

client wants to start new plant in diff. state to meet his bussiness requirement which will be having same functionality like current plant

and...which master data required to upload in new plant..MM,VM,Source list,info records..etc

as plant is in diff. state excise point of view any suggestion....how to do initioal stock trasfer from old plant to new plant...
