Payment Proposal has been canceled due to memory "Tsv_tnew_blocks_no_roll_memory"

Hello Team,

We have an issue, user is trying to execute payment proposal for one cost center in F110 transaction code but proposal has been canceled due to "Tsv_tnew_blocks_no_roll_memory " runtime error. But its working for other cost centers.

I suspect this is not related to memory because its working for other cost centers.

Could you please help on this.

We are using F110S trasaction code. We checked this note already but its not helpful for us.

Did you follow the instructions regarding running SAPF140D report?

maybe the other cost centers have a smaller volume. check the system load at moment of the error.

we have tried with 10 vendors but still we are getting error. its waiting one hour after payment method is permitted.
