Checking Customization and Standard Settings..

Guys ..

SAP customers uses some of standard settings from SAP and customize other according to their business processes.I want to check which standard setting are used and which settings are customized .

Would you please tell me if there is any table , t-code or procedure by which I can get to know this ? If there is , how to work through it ?
