Hi,

to Change Ur Password

Follow the Steps

1.Go to Personalize in ur portal

2.in detailed navigation->go user Profile

(here u can able to view ur Logint id,firstname e-mailid..etc)

3. then click Modify button

(here u can able to view old password,define pass & cofirm pass)

here u can change ur password..

Hi Liza,

To reset the password, we need user admin role.

If we have user admin role, navigate to User Administration-Identity Management.

we need to key in the "user name" and go. In general, we have password. Select the modify button and reset the password.

Then save it.

steps are with respect to EP 7,for earlier versions you can follow almost similar steps,only look and feel changes

open the portal page.

click on user administration tab.

if you dont see any user administration tab then you dont have super admin roles.

get back to portal admin case else click on user admin

type the id and click on search

now u can see the user id row ,click on that

now click on "MODIFY".

go to general information and give default password and retype password fields.

save and exit.

if you want to reset password from NWDS i.e at coding level then i can give you the code.
