Order Change documents history

Hi Gurus,

Can anyone tell me from where i can get the Change document logs of a process order or a production order.

If we see in the administr. tab of order we can get only last changed user,date and time.But i need to see the complete history of changes with old value and new value.

In a PM order it is detaily available in the menu Extras >documents for order >changes.

if the same thing is possible via customizing .............any suggestions
