Reports to be used in different companies

Hello everyone,

We have developed a set of reports using print layout designer for a certain company in SAP Business One. How can we use the same reports in different company without developing it once again .

Do we have an option where we can copy the same set of reports or migrate only reports to other company.

Hi Ravi,

You can use the addon Copy Express to migrate them.

You can also copy and paste them one by one:

1 - Make all invisible fields visible

2 - Select all fields

3 - Copy

4 - Change to the other company (within the same B1 session!)

5 - Open a system layout.

6 - Make all invisible fields visible

6 - Select all fields

7 - Delete all fields

8 - Paste ( keep the original field numbers!)

9 - Save as ...

This should do it.
