Change Request - Linking Long Text to KW

Good day.

We are currently configuring ChaRM SolMan 4.0 SPS 12.

When creating a Change Request, is there a means of associating a Template Document from KW to the Long Text fields? Such as a predefined form?

We could not find any such config. within the IMG.

Hey Charles,

Its realy difficult.

But there is another way out, you can use Document templates, this document templates could be attached to the transaction type..

For E.g

Say Trans A will have document template A

Trans B will have document template B and so on

There is an IMG activty Assign document template to transaction type.

After this is done, go to Attachment tab , there click on Create Document Template ( Just like a form), this form can be filled up and reattached to the transaction type..
